Terms of Use

Last Updated: May 27, 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version is the binding text.

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the conditions for using the Akoria mobile application developed by Recep Kaan Çağlar ("the Application Owner"). By downloading or using the application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Scope of Service

Akoria is a digital platform offering music education, ear training and music theory exercises. The Application Owner reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service content at any time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The ownership of all content within the application — including all exercises, algorithms, audio files, graphics and theoretical explanations — belongs to Recep Kaan Çağlar. Copying, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Premium Packages and Payments

  • Akoria offers Premium access packages of various durations through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
  • These packages are not a subscription (periodically renewing) model; they are one-time purchases valid for a defined period and expire automatically at the end of that period.
  • When a Premium package expires, access ends; renewed access requires a new purchase.
  • Payments are charged through your relevant store (Apple App Store / Google Play) account. Refund processes are entirely subject to the policies of the relevant store.

5. User Responsibility

Users are personally responsible for the security of their account information. Misuse of the application or attempts to disrupt the operation of the system may result in termination of the user's access.

6. Limitation of Liability

Akoria does not guarantee the user a specific level of training. The Application Owner cannot be held liable for technical disruptions or data losses (within reasonable security measures) that may arise from use of the application.

7. Teacher–Student System

The teacher–student interaction within the application is entirely based on users’ consent. When a user adds a "Teacher" as a guide in the "Student" role, they are deemed to have explicitly consented to that teacher viewing their own exercise scores and achievement statistics. The user can remove this pairing at any time.

8. Contact

For your questions, you can contact us at destek@akoria.app or through the Support section within the app.
